Sequencing datasets
-----------------------

We created a python package called CIPHER. The only input needed is a single-cell RNA-seq dataset with chemical or genetic perturbation in **.h5ad** format with cell ID, barcode, sample information, and UMI counts for each barcode. You can find more information to use it :ref:`here <package-info>`
