Welcome to the documentation of singletCode!

singletCode `(link to preprint) <https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.08.04.552078v2>`_ uses cell barcoding technology to identify **true singlets** in scRNAseq data. In our preprint, we used singletCode to benchmark existing doublet detection methods and train a classifier to detect singlets in non-barcoded datasets as well of the same cell type.
